FAQ Q105: How does the bank transfer (SEPA) work in Bitvolo?

Unlike cryptocurrency transactions, this payment method must be handled manually.

Your customer will see the bank transfer details (and a QR code which can be used with some banking apps which includes the beneficiary information, the amount and the transaction ID/message which must be included in the payment). Once the payment is received you must find the transaction in the Bitvolo backend and click a button to confirm it. At this time Bitvolo will mark the transaction as confirmed and will make the IPN call to inform your web shop of the transaction success status.
