FAQ Q100: What are the fees in Bitvolo?

Our pricing is simple: completed transactions carry a fixed fee of CHF 0.05. This payment comes from the credits on your account (which you can refill using a cryptocurrency, credit card or bank transfer). Your customers don't pay anything for the transactions.

There are no fees for payments made via the Bitvolo integration with the online booking system Planyo.

Note: During the BETA phase the usage of Bitvolo is completely free
